Globalisation
This is how I see the future.
No matter how countries and parties wriggle to stop globalisation, it is
part of our planet’s evolution.
In the yet far away future
global policing will follow. Interpol
and the UN will be replaced by a highly technical equipped World Police Force.
A newly developed and speedy transport system will take them to troubled
spots anywhere quite quickly.
Border disputes will be settled by International Law. Pe:
Israel and Palestine would be divided by a demarcation zone. Ireland
would eventually be one whole country again and should be self governing.
I heard of the objections, mainly fear of revenges are great. Also there is a gap beween the economic situation between the
South and North. I am thinking how
Germany coped after the reunification in 1989.
East-Germany was far worse off then Southern Ireland.
The situation has to be resolved eventually to make life happier for the
Irish people.
Perhaps one day all countries who are involved with wars will put their
arms down if a more fair share of existens is given to them.
Poverty breeds malice.
Life will be stricter because of the immense increase of the global
population. Crime will be dealt with
very harshly. At the moment
crime is ripe with fraud, deception, theft, murder and drug abuse.
Criminals are set free after short prison sentences to commit yet the
same crimes again.
Manufactury of armoury and their sales will be globally monitored.
We are now on our way to do this, take Iraq for instance.
A global Health Service might be introduced to tackle infectious diseases
and introduce hygene and regulate increase of populations.
Only a procentage in Health Service is being dealt with at the moment in
poorer countries, mainly by charities. It
is also hard for any country to give the services needed, if the population is
on the increase year after year, specially as people live longer then ever
before.
I don’t like to make myself unpopular, but I think that self inflicted
illnesses should be paid for, or at least some contribution should be made by
chain smokers and alcohol abusers. Why
should tax payers money be used for self abusers.
Clean water must be available for every person on this earth.
It is top priority as it keeps infections and and viruses down if people
have access to water.
Thanks to the Italian Government this work has started on a grand scale.
Solar systems are already being used and more of the environmental
friendly systems should be used world wide. More science should be spend on
research in this field.
I am not too familiar with the new environmental regulations accepted,
but refused by America. I think the
reluctance is based on their economy. The
car manufacturers will suffer and people will lose their jobs. It
would put America’s economy at risk. Hopefully
very soon it will be resolved with a new inexpensive fuel to run cars and other
appliances in an environmental safe way. It
is an urgent matter. Icebergs are
disappearing, melting, and sinking through global warming..
Aerosols are used by millions daily.
It is safer to use gels for hair and non spray deodrants.
I will not name every item which could harm the atmosphere, but people
know already and many are using environmental friendly products.
I think globalisation is very important, not only in a political sense,
but to keep our lovely Planet safe for many generations to come.
Let’s tackle it together!
