PENSIONS: TOWARDS CONFIRMATION SUPERBONUS, OVER 60 AS TUTOR
|
The government would plan to confirm the 'superbonus' for 2009, the incentive for those who choose to continue working even though having reached the retirement age.
The over 60 can stay in the company, part-time, as tutor of new employees. The idea for women to retire later, if they have chosen for part-time in a relation 2 to 1 (that is, for every two years part-time, one year later retirement), is suggested again. This measure, as the AGI learned, would be part of the Green Book (Libro Verde), "The good life in an active society", which Welfare Minister Maurizio Saconi would be preparing to present by the end of the month. For the over 60, the possibility to use part-time flexibly would also be on its way.
As I the case of women with little children or those who want to assist an elderly person: for each two years of part-time work, they would retire one year later, with ad hoc tax relief for the companies.
